The concept for the D-KLOSURE boot is a combination of a Technical Harness with a clean upper. The Juxtaposition of these two elements make for a different type of boot.

The initial design concept came from designing around a Harness. The harness itself would go through the midsole and connect onto the upper. The harness can be detached from the medial side via the strap that passes through the midsole and loosening the buckles. The harness can also be removed for a more traditional look upper.
